QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team!
Your future tasks:
- Organize and lead a QA team of 5–7 people, including their development: training, mentoring, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop a product quality assurance strategy in collaboration with the Producer, CTO, and technical leads.
- Implement the QA strategy and ensure high product quality.
- Analyze quality and efficiency metrics, and optimize current QA processes.
- Establish effective cross-department collaboration on quality-related matters.
- Lead the analysis of production issues and develop approaches to resolve them.
- Build a daily monitoring system for technical metrics and coordinate actions to normalize them in case of deviations.
- Create documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists. Actively participate in testing the product.
- Analyze the technical and quality aspects of the product. Generate, discuss, and promote ideas to improve product quality.
You are a great fit if you:
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA Lead role and a broad understanding of the field.
- Ability to establish QA processes, achieve goals, and take full ownership of team operations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience testing products on various platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
- Good understanding of client-server architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries.
- Ability to work with documentation: analyze and create test documentation, identify potential risks.
- Hands-on experience testing features and reproducing complex (intermittent) bugs.
- Knowledge of test automation architecture.
- Experience with Asana, TestIT (or similar tools), Confluence, and analytics systems.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
It’s a plus if you:
- A higher technical education.
- Extensive gaming experience and a genuine love for games.
- Understanding of the specifics of casual game development.
- Hands-on experience with test automation.
- Basic programming skills in any modern programming language.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL.
