Project Manager

Location: GMT+7.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate with clients;
2. Formulate tasks and develop briefs;
3. Prepare proposals that suit the client and present them;
4. Coordinate the project work with the client;
5. Draft technical specifications, monitor development progress, and set deadlines;
6. Participate in conferences and exhibitions;
7. Analyze competitors' activities.

We expect you to have:

1. 3+ years of experience in iGaming, gambling, or FinTech;
2. Proven experience managing development teams of 10+ members;
3. Hands-on experience with API integrations;
4. Strong understanding of development stacks (WordPress, PHP, Go – at a process management level);
5. Expertise in payment gateway integrations;
6. Experience in designing and implementing bonus and loyalty systems;
7. Track record of managing website development projects;
8. English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
