Product Manager (B2C)

🎯 Expected Initial Results

• Define the product strategy for B2C products for the next 6 months.

• Launch new booking funnels for Alps2Alps and Rock2Rocks.

• Prepare and release the new Rock2Rocks mobile app.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2C products, ensuring alignment with Alps2Alps’ mission.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop scalable, user-friendly mobile apps and web platforms.

• Gather and prioritize requirements from business, operations, and support teams, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Use analytics and KPIs to track product performance, optimize conversion funnels, and improve customer engagement.

• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

🗝️Required skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering tech-driven B2C products.

• Background in travel tech, taxi services, transportation, mobility, or automotive sectors with an understanding of operational challenges.

• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development and UX best practices.

• Proven experience in web product development, including conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Experience working with engineering and UX teams on scalable, intuitive solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating diverse, international remote teams.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
