About Comfi

Comfi is a fast-growing B2B payment platform enabling suppliers across MENA to offer flexible payment terms to their SME clients while getting paid upfront. We work with businesses in automotive, electronics, F&B, and healthcare, helping them scale by optimizing cash flow.

With $25M in venture debt secured and rapid 40% MoM growth, we're looking for a skilled Product Analyst to help us track and improve our key product metrics, dashboards, and overall product insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and conversion across core product flows (BNPL, ID

• verification, etc.)

• Set up and maintain dashboards in Superset, BaseDash, and MixPanel

• Assist in digitalizing and tracking Product OKRs across squads

• Evaluate the impact of new product features through event-based analysis

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the user funnel

• Support the Product team in decision-making with structured, actionable insights

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or data analytics

• Strong skills with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Superset and Python

• Experience working with product teams in fast-paced environments

• Strong communication, curiosity, and attention to detail

• Comfortable owning and reporting on product performance and usage metrics
