Middle Frontend (React.JS)

Remote or hybrid from Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:
— Working as a React.JS developer on an agriculture project.
— Participate in planning and estimations.
— Ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery.
— Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and design scalable, secure frontend solutions.
— Provide support and assistance to other team members.
— Communicate with the project team on a daily basis.
— Serve as a team development member across the project.

Required experience and skills
Technical Foundation & Architecture:
— 3+ years of experience in software development.
— Strong knowledge of OOP and understanding of basic design patterns.
— Strong knowledge of Functional programming.
— Deep understanding of browser principles, DOM, and asynchronous processes.
— Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based development.
— Ability to write clean code.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Primary Tech Stack:
— Strong proficiency with HTML and CSS.
— Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React.
— Experience in working with Formik or react-hook-form.
— Familiarity with state management tools (Redux-Toolkit, Zustand, Valtio).
— Familiarity with Redux-Saga.
— Integration of REST API and WebSocket into production solutions.
Development Workflow & Tools:
— Experience using version control tools such as Git.
— Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, Pre-commit hooks, Storybook.
— Understanding of the development life cycle.
Professional & Soft Skills:
— Experience working in a team, good communication skills.
— Curious to learn new technologies and contribute to improving engineering practices.
— At least Intermediate English language proficiency.

Nice to have:
— Experience with Google Maps Platform or Mapbox.
— Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
— Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
