Lead Full-Stack Developer (Cloud Trade Copier)

LEAD FULL STACK Developer (Cloud Trade Copier) for proprietary trading company
Location: remote (time zone +- CET) or onsite in Dubai
Salary: $10K+ (negotiable)
Fintech / Prop Trading | Greenfield project | High-load & low-latency systems
You’ll build a real-time trade replication platform from scratch, so your qualification is:
7+ yrs in software engineering, 3+ yrs as Senior / Tech Lead
Strong experience in one of the PLs (C++ / C# / Go) + web/scripting (Node.js / Python)
Experience in fintech/trading/brokerage systems
Hands-on with MetaTrader (MQL4/5) or cTrader Automate
Reverse engineering skills with closed APIs (MT4 Manager API, WinAPI/hooks)
Background in high-load, real-time systems & scalable cloud infra (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Fluent English
