Kotlin Engineer (Compliance Team)

Now, we are seeking a Kotlin Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance KYC and compliance-related features within our custodial crypto wallet, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users.
2. Improve the scalability and performance of our compliance systems to support additional countries, users, and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Specialists, and other Engineers on the KYC/Compliance team to ensure regulatory standards are met and exceeded.
4. Build and maintain integrations with external financial and compliance services to enhance the capabilities of our platform.
5. Develop comprehensive account management features that include settings customization, customer support access, and automated compliance reporting.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in a product company, with a focus on backend development.
2. Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java (must-have) and experience with Python as a plus.
3. Experience with ReactJS and Typescript is a plus.
4. Experience in developing medium to large-sized features autonomously, particularly within the financial or crypto space.
5. A product/customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
6. Ability to prototype quickly and build reliable systems that meet regulatory standards.
7. Experience with FastAPI + Postgres is a plus, but not mandatory.
8. B2+ Level English proficiency.
