Required skills

1. 4+ years of active server-side Java development experience.
2. Proficient understanding of the Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
3. Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured code.
4. Previous experience in developing scalable applications.
5. Proficiency in reading and writing documentation in English.

Nice to have

1. Experience in front-end development, particularly with React.
2. Experience in developing high-load applications.
3. Contributions to Open source projects.
4. Proficiency in Unix shell and scripting languages.
5. Knowledge of and experience in fintech-specific projects.
