DevOps Engineer

Upsilon IT is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to become a key member of a team building a high-load international product in the field of digital art and Web3. You’ll work with a modern tech stack, collaborate closely with developers, and have the opportunity to actively shape the project’s infrastructure.

Technologies & Tools You’ll Work With:

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):

  1. EKS, ECS – managing clusters and container infrastructure
  2. RDS (PostgreSQL), Redis, Kafka, SQS – configuration, optimization, and monitoring
  3. ECR, S3, Secrets Manager, OIDC, IAM – managing storage, security, and access

CI/CD:

  1. GitLab – repositories, CI/CD pipelines, container and package registries
  2. Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines
  3. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform – describing and managing infrastructure as code

Monitoring & Logging:

  1. Grafana – dashboard creation and maintenance
  2. Prometheus – writing alert rules
  3. Loki – centralized logging
  4. Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm – development and maintenance of Helm charts, microservice deployment
  5. Scripting & Automation: Bash – writing scripts to automate tasks

Cloudflare:

  1. Managing DNS and security settings
  2. Configuring Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules and DDoS protection
  3. Optimizing content delivery and performance with CDN settings

Linux Administration:

  1. Managing and troubleshooting Linux servers
  2. User and permission management, package installation and updates
  3. System monitoring, log analysis, and automation of routine tasks


What We Expect:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  2. Hands-on experience with the listed tools and technologies
  3. Ability to make independent technical decisions
  4. Responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  5. Willingness to work in a distributed team and communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
