CRM Analyst

Remote (except Russia, Belarus).

Now we are looking for a CRM Analyst to drive and optimize automation processes across departments. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the automation landscape of a growing tech company.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and implement workflow automation solutions across departments.

• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and others to identify and improve inefficient processes.

• Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing tools and platforms to boost operational efficiency.

• Monitor the impact of automation, analyze results, and report on key performance metrics.

• Stay up to date with the latest automation tools and practices to keep Sumsub ahead of the curve.

About You:

• Proven experience in workflow automation, process engineering, or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/compliance sectors.

• Solid knowledge of SQL, and basic coding.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pandadoc, Slack, Zapier, etc.

• Strong grasp of automation platforms and workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• Skilled at explaining complex ideas to both tech and non-tech audiences.

• Fluent in English.
