Business Analysis

1. Ongoing communication with customers & cross-functional teams
2. Manage product scope and backlog
3. Analyze and document business requirements clearly
4. System Analysis:
5. Translate business needs into technical specifications
6. Define functional and non-functional requirements
7. Collaborate on system integrations, APIs, and data flows
8. Work closely with developers and architects to align on system design
9. Assist with database and interface documentation

Presale manangement:

1. First-time communication with potential clients
2. Needs investigation and clarification
3. Project scope definition and high-level estimation
4. Proposal preparation and presentation
5. Negotiation of scope and investment
6. Continuous improvement of presales workflows

What we are looking for:

1. English: C1 level (both spoken and written)
2. 5+ years of experience in business analysis
3. Strong experience in presales
4. Passion and ownership for the product
5. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
6. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to high-paced workflows
7. Strong initiative, independence, and attention to detail
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
