Backend Kotlin Developer

We are in search of Backend Kotlin developer for various product development projects for our foreign clients. One of them is an accounting software (US-based). They have an existing product and currently improve this and extend with some integrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement enhancement features and build the infrastructure to support the scale of the product.
2. Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. You will work in an international team, so knowledge of English B2 or above is necessary
2. Educational Background: degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Java/Kotlin/Scala. and a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
4. Experience with software development best practices, including design patterns, code review, and testing.
5. Proficiency with software development tools such as version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Gradle), and IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA).
6. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related Spring projects.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to lead a feature end to end.
9. Experience in developing scalable and distributed systems.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
